Twin or Double bedded room with en-suite bath/shower & w.c.		£68

Single room with en-suite bath/shower & w.c		£38 to £42
Single use of twin/double bedded room (not available for advance booking during peak periods)		At quieter times of the year we offer a twin or double room at the single room rate plus a supplement at our discretion. Please refer to our Room Availability Calendar for dates when single occupancy is available.
Family room with en-suite facilities		£75 to £85

All rates include full English breakfast.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We will make a charge for any cancellation or curtailment of your booking with fewer than four days notice. This charge will be calculated as two-thirds of the total value of the booking, LESS any amount we are able to obtain by re-letting the room. In the event of non-arrival (with no notification) we will charge the full value of the booking.

CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS

We will usually require your credit card details as a guarantee of your booking. Please note that we do not charge your card at the time of booking, so you are free to settle your account on departure by whichever means you prefer (cash, debit card, credit card, Sterling cheque, or Euro notes or coins). We hold the card details, and, if we have to claim a cancellation charge as explained above, will debit your card as soon as the period of the booking has elapsed.

CHEQUE DEPOSITS

If we have accepted a deposit by cheque as confirmation of your booking, please note that this is usually non-refundable. The amount will, however, be set off against any sum claimed as a cancellation charge.
